Recruitment Senior Staff & PGA Senior Staff

PLACEMENT : MEDAN, SURABAYA, BANDUNG, JAKARTA

The objective of this position is more for conducting the Recruitment process to placement for the company to get a qualified employees with the skills, abilities and competencies in supporting the company vision and mission. In addition of other PGA duties.

Qualifications:

Male, Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Psychology with min. GPA 3.00 scale 4.00 (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Having experience as personnel staff for consumer goods company is more advantage.
Able to manage personnel & General Affair matters
Able to work with managers to facilitate individual employee's training & development
Able to communicate in English & Computer literate
Preferably having driving license (SIM A)
Shall be self motivated, honest, highly dedicated, initiative, good health, good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality and cooperative with the team.
