Thumbs up cara buat KERIPIK singkong empuk, renyah dan enak

salam ganteng buat smua...

Disini saya mau berbagi tips/cara membuat kripik singkong yg sebenarnya.

pasti dah gak asing kan ma kripik pedes yg sedang ngehits belakangan ni.

ada MAICIH, JAWARA, NDOWER, BANG JACK, KID ROCK, MAS KRIBO dan msh bnyk yg lainnya. masing-masing merek mempunyai cirikhas rasa yg berbeda,so silahkan dicoba semua,terutama yg NDOWER ya (promosi).

nah disini saya mau berbagi ilmu biar jalan saya menuju surga lancar tanpa tersesat (kata pak ustad).

kripiki singkong tu cemilan yg murah, gampang dibuat, awet, dan enak, itu pun kalo tau cara ngolahnya.

yg harus DIBELI utk memulai pembuatan kripik singkong:

1. Singkong

2. Serutan buah (biasa yg buat rujak)

3. Soda kue


BUMBU:

smua bumbu masakan bisa dipakek,beli bumbu jadi/alus dipasar2. bisa pakek bumbu rendang, bumbu kari, ato bumbu kacang. silahkan bereksperimen, krn singkong sndri memang gak pny bumbu paten. aneka sambel jg bs dibuat bumbu, seperti sambel terasi, sambel goreng, sambel petis dll, hny saja tidak perlu ditambahkan tomat, krn jika memakai tomat singkong akan berjamur.

Banyak info yg salah mengenai proses pengempukan singkong, ada yg bilang pakai kapur sirih, da yg bilang di rendam selama 12jam, da yg bilang tergantung dari pemilikan singkong, da juga yg bilang direbus dulu.

semua cara tu dah ak coba dan alhasil tetap saja tekstur dr keripik keras saat digigit.

disini saya kasih rahasianya krn berbagi tu indah


LANGKAH-LANGKAH:


1. beli singkong yg masih fresh blm lebih dari satu hari setelah dicabut dari akarnya

2. setelah proses pengirisan slesai cuci singkong hingga bersih (singkong jgn diiris terlalu tipis)

3. lalu rendam singkong dengan air panas

4. campurkan soda kue dalam air rendaman (1sdt/1liter air)

5. diamkan air hingga dingin

6. bilas singkong dan tiriskan

7. goreng dengan api yg besar (perbandingan minyak dan singkong adl 3:1)

8. tiriskan lalu diamkan hingga dingin

9. tumis bumbu yg sudah disiapkan

10. setelah bumbu kering matikan/kecilkan api lalu masukan kripik dan campur rata

11. setelah bumbu tercampur rata,tiriskan dan diamkan hingga dingin

12. setelah itu silahkan dicoba, mslh enak atau tidak enak tu tergantung dr bumbu yg anda pilih


CATATAN*: jika setelah dicampur bumbu, singkong menjadi lembek itu berarti bumbu terlalu berair atau belum kering saat ditumis, namun tdk perlu khawatir da 2 cr utk membuat singkong renyah kembali, yaitu dgn cara di goreng lagi dgn api yg besar namun dgn resiko rasa di singkongny akan sedikit hambar,ato bs dgn oven agar tdk merubah rasa (disarankan pakek oven kompor).

sekian sedikit ilmu yg bs saya bagi, jika da lebih mohon dikembalikan jika kurang mohon dimaklumi.
