Florian Grotehans: Neue Schulden im Juni/Juli 2012

Florian Grotehans, Am Baumgarten 12, 36251 Bad Hersfeld, hat bereits die folgenden Firmen in die Pleite gerissen:

1. T-C-H Service GmbH & Co KG
2. HSG Communication GmbH

Florian Grotehans gibt vor, pleite zu sein, macht aber weiterhin Geschäfte und lebt auf großem Fuß.

Ist das strafbar?

Wenn er de Gläubigern Vermögen entziehen würde, würde er sich ja strafbar machen, oder?
